Health Insurance

NMS Labs provides medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance for new eligible employees and their eligible dependents as of their first day of employment.

401(k) Savings & Retirement Plan

Through our 401(k) savings & retirement plan, eligible employees can plan for a comfortable financial future. Eligible employees can make pre-tax contributions of up to 20% of compensation (subject to limitations mandated by law). NMS Labs makes matching contributions in amounts equal to 100% of the employee pretax contributions but subject to a maximum of 5% of compensation. An employee is immediately fully vested in the employer’s matching contribution. 

Profit Sharing Pension Plan

NMS Labs may make discretionary profit sharing contributions directly to eligible employees' 401(k) accounts.  Employees need not participate in the 401(k) plan to be eligible for the profit sharing plan, and they are fully vested for the discretionary contributions upon completing 3 years service.

Paid Time Off

NMS provides six paid holidays to regular full-time and part-time employees. Regular full-time employees can also enjoy 10 paid vacation days their first year of employment, 15 days their second through fifth years, and 20 days after five years of service. Additionally, regular full-time employees receive 3 personal days and 5 sick days each year. Regular full-time employees are also offered one paid day off a year to volunteer in their community or with a charitable organization of their choice. Regular part-time employees receive paid vacation and sick days on a pro-rated basis.

Health Savings Accounts

For additional savings on health care expenses, employees enrolled in the Health Savings Plan may enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA). The HSA is used for qualified health-related expenses for employees and their dependents. Employees enrolling in the HSA are able to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover anticipated healthcare expenses to be incurred during the year.

Flexible Spending Accounts

For additional savings on healthcare, daycare and elder daycare expenses that are not covered under the medical plan, regular full-time employees may enroll in flexible spending accounts (FSA). Enrollment in an FSA allows eligible employees to designate pre-tax dollars to cover certain anticipated expenses to be incurred during the year.

Disability Insurance

At no cost to employees, NMS Labs offers short-term and long-term disability benefits to all regular full-time employees. This coverage provides a portion of income when an eligible employee is disabled (including some weeks of a maternity leave).
